The rooms have been recently refurbished and are quite spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast is reasonably priced and of good quality, with a wide variety of food and beverages available. The location in the business area is magnificent and stunning.

Particularly good and favourable location not very far from Coker Tire Museum. Rooftop bar in the venue. Friendly check-in, late check-out.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room service was top-notch. The hotel was impressively clean, creating a comfortable and safe environment for us. Additionally, the hotel's convenient Southside location allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants and local attractions. With two on-site restaurants, dining was made convenient and enjoyable. For those looking to relax, I highly recommend visiting the spa. The prices are reasonable, and the staff, particularly Patrick the spa manager, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The spa truly made my granddaughter's 21st birthday unforgettable.

The hotel was overall clean with helpful and accommodating staff and wonderful breakfast. My room was relaxing and the view was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of Miller Plaza.
